Luxflex Description

Luxflex is an innovative decorative building material designed to bring versatility, durability, and refined visual appeal to modern interior spaces. Manufactured as a high-performance composite board, Luxflex is produced through an advanced high-temperature extrusion moulding process, resulting in a stable, strong, and beautifully finished surface solution for both residential and commercial applications.

The core material is scientifically formulated using a combination of bamboo charcoal powder, calcium filler, PVC powder, and specialised functional additives. This carefully balanced composition gives Luxflex its impressive strength, stability, and long-lasting performance. Through a unique double-sided co-extrusion process, the board develops a hard surface structure that offers excellent surface hardness, enhanced impact resistance, and reliable durability for everyday use.

LuxFlex Features

  • Lightweight and Flexible: The thickness is much thinner than traditional stone, generally between 3–5 mm, and can be bent and folded, with a certain degree of flexibility.
